North East chef Tom Wright — known locally for his bespoke tasting menus and fine-dining style through Wright at Home — is returning to Ellison’s of Low Fell in July for another kitchen takeover.
Tom is a wonderfully skilled chef with years of experience including some of the most renowned restaurants, including Peace & Loaf, and 2 Michelin star restaurants Ynyshir and The Raby Hunt.
